How do I create an account?
Click "Join Free" on the homepage, enter your email, choose a nickname and password, and complete the onboarding steps. The process takes less than 5 minutes.
Is Weyzerit free to use?
Women enjoy full access for free. Men can browse profiles, receive messages, and send flirts for free. Premium subscriptions unlock unlimited messaging and additional features.

Profile & Photos
How do I complete my profile?
After registration, you'll be guided through onboarding. You can also update your profile anytime from Edit Profile. A complete profile gets significantly more interest.
How many photos can I upload?
The number of photos depends on your subscription plan. We recommend at least 3 clear, recent photos for the best results.
Can I hide my profile temporarily?
Yes! Go to Account Settings and select "Take a Break." Your profile will be hidden while keeping your data safe.
Safety & Privacy
Is my personal information safe?
Yes. We use encryption to protect your data and never share your personal information with third parties without consent. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I report inappropriate behavior?
Click the "Report" button on any profile or message. Select a reason and provide details. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
Can I block someone?
Yes. You can block any user from their profile page. Blocked users cannot contact you or see your profile.

How do I start a conversation?
Visit a member's profile and click "Send Message." Be genuine, reference something from their profile, and ask open-ended questions to start great conversations.
What is a Flirt?
A Flirt is a quick way to show interest in someone without writing a full message. If they flirt back, you know there's mutual interest!
Subscription & Billing
What are the benefits of Premium?
Premium members enjoy unlimited messaging, can see who viewed their profile, browse privately, upload more photos, and access advanced search filters. Visit our subscription page for details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Account Settings to manage your subscription. You'll keep Premium benefits until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 7-day refund for first-time Premium subscribers who have not used premium features extensively. Contact support within 7 days of purchase.
Account Issues
I forgot my password
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.
I'm not receiving emails from Weyzerit
Check your spam/junk folder. Add support@weyzerit.com to your contacts. If you still don't receive emails, contact our support team.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account Settings and select "Close My Account." Your data will be permanently deleted after 30 days.
