By accessing or using Weyzerit.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use Weyzerit. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Create fake or misleading profiles
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other members
• Send spam, commercial solicitations, or chain messages
• Use bots, scripts, or automated methods to access the service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Solicit money from other members
• Share another member's personal information without consent

5. Content Guidelines

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant Weyzerit a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the service. Prohibited content includes nudity, hate speech, violence, illegal content, and copyrighted material you do not own.

6. Safety

While we work to keep Weyzerit safe, we cannot guarantee the identity or behavior of other members. You are responsible for your own safety and interactions. Please review our Safety Tips page.

7. Premium Services

Premium subscriptions are billed in advance. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are available within 7 days for first-time subscribers who have not used premium features extensively.

8. Intellectual Property

The Weyzerit name, logo, design, and content are owned by Weyzerit and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your Account Settings.

10. Disclaimers

Weyzerit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weyzerit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
