How do I complete my profile?
After registration, you'll be guided through our onboarding process. Add photos, write about yourself, specify your preferences, and share your interests. A complete profile gets 5x more matches!
Is Weyzerit free to use?
Basic features are free forever! You can create a profile, browse members, and send limited messages for free. Premium subscriptions unlock additional features like unlimited messages, see who liked you, and advanced filters.
What makes Weyzerit different from other dating apps?

Safety & Privacy
How do you verify profiles?
We use email verification, photo verification, and community reporting to ensure authentic profiles. Premium members can also get a verified badge by completing additional verification steps.
Is my personal information safe?
Absolutely! We use bank-level encryption to protect your data. We never share your personal information with third parties without your consent. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I report inappropriate behavior?
Click the "Report" button on any profile or message. Select the reason and provide details. Our safety team reviews all reports within 24 hours and takes appropriate action.
Can I block someone?
Yes, you can block any user from their profile or from your messages. Blocked users cannot contact you or see your profile. You can manage your blocked list in Settings.
Profile & Matching
How does matching work?
Our algorithm considers your preferences, interests, location, and activity to suggest compatible matches. When both users like each other, it's a match and you can start messaging!
Can I search for specific types of profiles?
Yes! Use our search filters to find profiles by age, location, interests, education, religion, and more. Premium members get access to advanced filters for even more precise searches.
How many photos can I upload?
Free members can upload up to 6 photos, while Premium members can upload up to 12. We recommend at least 3 clear, recent photos for best results.
Can I hide my profile temporarily?
Yes, you can pause your profile in Settings. This makes your profile invisible to others while keeping your matches and messages. Perfect for when you need a break!
Messages & Communication
How do I start a conversation?
Once you match with someone, either person can send the first message. Be genuine, reference something from their profile, and ask open-ended questions to start great conversations!
Can I send messages without matching?
Premium members can send "Super Likes" with a message to profiles they haven't matched with yet. This helps you stand out and show genuine interest!
How do I know if my message was read?
Premium members can see read receipts on their messages. You'll see a checkmark when your message is delivered and two checkmarks when it's read.
Subscription & Billing
What are the benefits of Premium?
Premium members enjoy unlimited likes, see who liked them, advanced filters, read receipts, priority support, profile boost, and the ability to rematch with expired connections.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription and click "Cancel Subscription". You'll keep Premium benefits until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time Premium subscribers. Contact support within 7 days of purchase if you're not satisfied.
Technical Issues
I'm not receiving emails from Weyzerit
Check your spam/junk folder. Add support@weyzerit.com to your contacts. If you still don't receive emails, contact our support team for assistance.
The app/website is running slowly
Try clearing your browser cache, updating your browser, or using a different browser. For the app, ensure you have the latest version installed. Check your internet connection speed.
I can't upload photos
Ensure your photos are in JPG or PNG format and under 10MB each. Check that you haven't reached your photo limit. If issues persist, try a different browser or device.
