By accessing or using Weyzerit.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

To use Weyzerit, you must meet the following criteria:

  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • You must not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
  • You must not have been previously banned from the Service

By using Weyzerit, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

You retain ownership of content you post on Weyzerit, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.

Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

  • Nudity or sexually explicit material
  • Hate speech or discriminatory content
  • Violence or threats
  • Copyrighted material you don't own
  • Personal information of others without consent
  • Misleading or fraudulent content

6. Safety

While we strive to create a safe environment, you acknowledge that:

  • We cannot guarantee the accuracy of user profiles
  • You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users
  • You should never send money or share financial information
  • You should meet in public places and inform others when meeting someone
  • We are not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the Service

7. Premium Services

Some features require a paid subscription. By purchasing Premium:

  • Payment is due immediately upon purchase
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • You can cancel anytime from your account settings
  • Refunds are available within 7 days for first-time subscribers
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Weyzerit and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WEYZERIT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Weyzerit and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ethiopia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Weyzerit regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements.
